Programa electrónico de documentación de capturas de atún rojo (eBCD)
El programa electrónico (eBCD) de ICCAT fue desarrollado, en nombre de ICCAT, por un consorcio liderado por TRAGSA. Este programa está operativo y los usuarios de las CPC autorizadas pueden acceder en: https://etuna.iccat.int/ (Se recomienda utilizar los navegadores FIREFOX o Windows Explorer para abrir esta aplicación. Con Google Chrome podría existir alguna dificultad).

De conformidad con la Recomendación de ICCAT que reemplaza la Recomendación 17-09 sobre la aplicación del sistema eBCD [Rec. 18-12], el uso del sistema eBCD es obligatorio.
Las siguientes incidencias debidas a dificultades técnicas con el sistema que impiden que una CPC utilice el sistema eBCD han sido comunicadas a la Secretaría de ICCAT de conformidad con los procedimientos establecidos. Los procedimientos actuales son los establecidos en el Anexo 3 de la Rec. 18-12.
